Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we will not knowingly collect personal or other information from anyone under the age of 16.
Who are we?
For the purposes of this Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” means Y Station and “you” and “your” means a user, customer or prospective customer of Y Station.
How does our technology work?
When you take a survey with Y Station Ltd. via the YS Engage platform or otherwise, your information is collected and stored in aggregate on our Canadian-hosted Voxco servers. Voxco is a research software service provider. The YS Engage platform is wholly owned and operated by Y Station, and operates on the WordPress content management system platform. Surveys are all served directly from Voxco servers, via the WordPress front end. Your answers will be analyzed in aggregate and shared with our clients as research results.
When you sign up through WordPress to YS Engage, your registration information is securely sent to our Voxco server to create an account for you. Your personal information is at all times encrypted and stored securely on servers owned or licensed by Y Station.
When you take surveys on YS Engage, you may have the opportunity to earn points which can then be redeemed for rewards through a third-party service provider, Rybbon.
Privacy policies for both Voxco and Rybbon are outlined and/or linked under the subheading “Third-party service providers and business partners” below.

The Settings section on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, disable existing cookies, or notify you when you receive a new cookie. However, because cookies allow you to take advantage of some essential features offered by websites, including those offered by ysengage.com, we recommend you leave them turned on.
Third-Party Cookies

Personal information submitted or collected after a transfer, however, will be subject to any new Policy adopted by the successor.
